Dr. Michel Mennesson will speak on "Boys"
Dr. Mennesson has received extensive training. After receiving his medical degree in his native France, he trained in Adult Psychiatry at Yale and in Child Psychiatry at the Yale Child Study Center. His training by the best in the field included multiple treatment modalities such as Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Psychopharmacology, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy, Family Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy to name a few. He has also served as a full time faculty at Yale as the director of inpatient adolescent services at the Yale Psychiatric Institute for three years.
Dr. Mennesson is also a former parent of two boys at LMS and has been guest speaker before on the "Care and Handling of BOYS"
