Litchfield Montessori School’s Elementary students were recently engaged in an African Drumming session lead by David Reynolds of PowerPulse Drumming. David teaches world rhythm drumming classes and facilitates stress reduction circles at various colleges and schools. The session was arranged to teach the students basic knowledge of different kinds of drums and rhythm patterns as well as welcome in the New Year. He lead the students in creating a joyous cacophony of sound.
