Our Graduation was a beautiful day. Orchestrated and executed by the students with the assistance of the faculty, the day was filled with culinary delights and beautiful music. The students prepared a menu including a variety of goat cheeses, homemade feta quiches, and rhubarb crumble. The food was all prepared by the students using the ingredients from the farm and was more than enough to share with the families, teachers, and friends that gathered to celebrate the special day of our Graduates. The students preformed an array of music that spanned in genre. Selected highlights included jazz, reggae, and American pop songs. The performance also included a rousing rendition of "The Final Countdown!” that included a puppet show. Bravo!
