Upper Elementary students participate in our Snowsports Program at Mohawk Mountain in Cornwall, CT upon return from Winter Break. Skiing and snowboarding lessons provide the opportunity for students to gain further understanding and control of their fundamental skills and safety etiquette while in a winter alpine environment. Our PE Specialist and PSIA Alpine Level 1 Instructor, Sam Cochrane, will supervise the program along with the support of the students' guide Kate.
Our Snowsports Program include weekly one-hour skiing or snowboarding lessons followed by an opportunity to further practice with our supervisor and chaperones, until 5:15pm.
