John Ducci

John Ducci, a current parent, has three children at LMS: Cody in Upper Elementary, Chloe in Lower Elementary, and Noah in Children’s House. He is the Chief Operating Officer of Ducci Electrical, a family-owned electrical construction company founded in 1949. John brings extensive business experience and strategic insight to the LMS Board of Trustees. Outside of work, he is an avid outdoorsman and musician.

Christopher Ford, President

Chris Ford, an alumni parent, sent his two children, Hadley ('21) and Christopher ('24), to LMS from their toddler years through Sixth Year. An experienced educator, Chris has served as Director of the Ingenuity Program at the Forman School, where he was also a senior staff member and alpine ski coach. Prior to moving to Litchfield in 2004, he taught ecology at Gore Range Natural Science School in Red Cliff, Colorado, and biology, physics, and chemistry at a charter school in Boulder. 

Greg Miller

Greg Miller’s son, Tyler, was the inspiration for Greg's service to this board. What he saw develop in Tyler over his years at LMS, from age two through his Sixth Year, led Greg to volunteer as a parent on school trips and continue to be involved even after Tyler later graduated from Georgetown University. A successful local business owner, Greg brings strong management expertise and a results-oriented approach to the board. He lives in Morris with his wife, Julie.

Shelia Caselas, Treasurer

Sheila Caselas lives in Northfield. Her son, Anthony, attended LMS in the mid-2000s. Sheila brings extensive experience in finance and operations, having served as Director of Finance and Operations at The Montessori School of Greater Hartford for over ten years and as CFO at the New Britain YWCA. Her strong business acumen, strategic insight, and dedication to education have been invaluable contributions to the LMS board.

Lindsey Rotolo, Secretary

Lindsey Rotolo's daughter, Sadie ('20), attended LMS since she was a toddler. Lindsey is a writer and editor and has served on numerous boards and commissions since moving to Litchfield County in 2004. Before moving to Connecticut, Lindsey worked in real estate management as a property manager in Boston and in Norwich, Vermont. She and her husband, Jon, live in Norfolk.
