Weekly Update April 10 - 17

April 9th, 2026

Elementary students discover the first signs of spring!

That humanity which is revealed in all its intellectual splendor during the sweet and tender age of childhood should be respected with a kind of religious veneration. It is like the sun which appears at dawn or a flower just beginning to bloom. Education cannot be effective unless it helps a child to open himself to life.
Maria Montessori
The Discovery of the Child, p. 52

Happening this week:

 Friday Coffee Hour:

Join us after drop-off every Friday morning!
This week's faculty guest will be Gina Hepp, Upper Elementary Assistant and Music Specialist.

Friday, April 10th:

6th Years Host Game Night!

The Families and Class of 2026 invite you to a special Family Game Night tonight, April 10th!

Get ready for a night of fun, laughter, and community!

From
5-7 pm, bring the whole family and enjoy an evening filled with pizza, board games, and plenty of time to connect and socialize with other families.

In addition to the games, we’ll also have a delicious bake sale table and a Game Night–themed basket for a chance to win something fun!

This is a wonderful opportunity to come together as a school community and enjoy a relaxed, family-centered evening.
Best of all, all proceeds from the event will go toward our 6th Year fundraising efforts.

Monday, April 13th:

Spring Pizza  - 3rd week of the new semester

The spring pizza order form takes us through the end of this school year! You can order one or two slices for your child each week and support the 6th year class as they raise money for the annual 6th Year Class Trip.

If you are placing a weekly order instead of the semester, please submit the form prior to 10:00 AM on Monday morning.
