Following the end of the 2024-2025 school year, summer programming will be offered

  • Week 1: June 9th - 13th (YPC & CH)
  • Week 2: June 16th - 20th (YPC, CH, & Elementary)
  • Week 3: June 23rd - 27th (YPC, CH, & Elementary)

Summer programs will be held Monday through Friday.

Please see below for individual program offerings and schedules. 

Art supplies and snack are included.  All children should bring a healthy, bagged lunch.

 


 

Young People's Community (ages 15m-3yr)

Directed by Susan DeCarlo Patrick

Offered for all three weeks. This program is held Monday through Friday,  8:30 am to 3:00 pm.

Summer programming will be offered for children ages 15 months to 3 years with Ms. Susan in our Young People’s Community.

Consistency in routine and expectations will help our youngest children continue to self-construct in their prepared environment. Their day will consist of both indoor and outdoor work cycles and the curriculum will be nature-based and adapted to the children enrolled.

Children's House (ages 3yr-6yr)

Directed by Children's House Faculty

Offered for all three weeks. This program is held Monday through Friday,  8:30 am to 3:00 pm.

For three weeks this summer, the Children’s House will be transformed into a space for exploration, creativity, and fun! While many traditional Montessori materials will be tucked away, familiar routines and expectations will remain to provide a sense of consistency for young children. Rest time will still be available for those who need it.

Children will enjoy arts, crafts, and story time, along with engaging daily activities. Be sure to pack a bathing suit, towel, and extra clothes—summer adventures await!

* children must be toilet trained.

Elementary (ages 6yr-12yr)

Directed by Monika Geerling

Two weeks of programs, held Monday through Friday,  8:30 am to 2:45 pm.

 

Week 1: No Elementary summer programming available 


Week 2: June 16th - 20th & Week 3: June 23rd - 27th

  • Abundant Circle with Monika Geerling

During summer Abundant Circle, students will experience a wide range of fun activities including nature walks, organic gardening, handcrafting and art.

The children will connect with the outdoor environment while they learn about the land, plants and animals. They will play with beautiful materials from the local environment, enriching their relationship with the natural world and our community.
